Objective: How do you turn an ordinary office into a movie set?
For Telecine, the answer was simple — by transforming every space into an immersive experience where employees could live the stories they love.
From a reception filled with cinematic references to meeting rooms inspired by 007, Star Wars, and Inside Out, each environment became a scene in a larger narrative — blending design, emotion, and intertextuality.
Even the coffee bar joined the cast, taken over by playful Minions who brought color, humor, and a touch of chaos to the break room.
More than a workspace, this was a live experience.
A set where design met storytelling — and everyday life became pure cinema.
RECEPTION
PT- A primeira cena do nosso filme começa na recepção.
Os visitantes entram em um mundo de cinema através de um grande painel cheio de referências geolocalizadas — objetos reais, placas de acrílico e texturas em vinil que tornam o ambiente vivo, palpável e pronto para o close-up.
EN- The first scene of our movie begins at the reception.
Visitors step into a world of cinema through a giant pin board filled with geo-located film references — real objects, acrylic panels, and vinyl textures that make the space feel alive, tangible, and ready for its close-up.
MEETING ROOM 007
PT- Uma sala agitada, mas nunca mexida.
Aqui, a história do maior agente secreto do cinema se desenrola em uma linha do tempo na parede — carros velozes, martínis, bond girls e frases icônicas que sussurram dos cantos.
Um buraco de bala na parede da TV, uma mensagem escondida sob a mesa, um assento ejetável que desafia a imaginação.
A sala 007 rapidamente se tornou a favorita de todos. A nossa também.
EN- A room shaken, not stirred.
Here, the story of the world’s greatest secret agent unfolds across a timeline wall — fast cars, martinis, bond girls, and iconic quotes that whisper from the corners.
A bullet hole in the TV wall, a hidden message under the table, an ejection seat that dares you to dream.
The 007 room quickly became everyone’s favorite. Ours too.

STAR WARS
PT- Há muito tempo, em uma sala de reunião muito, muito distante...
O duelo eterno entre a luz e as trevas definiu o tom do ambiente.
No centro da sala — a Estrela da Morte, brilhando silenciosamente, como se aguardasse o próximo grande debate.
Porque até nas discussões criativas, que a Força esteja com você.

The eternal duel between light and darkness set the tone here.
At the heart of the room — the Death Star, glowing quietly as if awaiting the next big debate.
Because even in creative discussions, may the Force be with you.
MEETING ROOM
INSIDE OUT
PT-Onde emoções encontram ideias.
Nesta sala colorida, as personalidades colidem como os próprios personagens de Divertida Mente.
Impressões em vinil, tapetes macios e almofadas vibrantes criam o cenário perfeito para sessões de brainstorming alegres (e às vezes caóticas).
EN- Where emotions meet ideas.
In this colorful room, personalities collide like the characters from Inside Out themselves.
Vinyl prints, soft rugs, and bright cushions set the stage for joyful (and occasionally chaotic) brainstorming sessions.
FAST & FURIOUS MEETING ROOM
PT- Um pit stop para reuniões rápidas — mas nunca sem estilo.
Uma parede com miniaturas de carros celebra a criatividade em alta velocidade de quem passa por ali.
EN- A pit stop for fast meetings — but never without style.
A curated wall display of miniature cars celebrates the high-speed creativity of those who meet here.
THE BAR
PT- O plot twist perfeito — a pausa para o café.
Exceto que os Minions invadiram o set, trouxeram seu food truck, espalharam bananas por todo lugar e transformaram o intervalo em pura diversão.
Entre MDF, vinil impresso e uma corda funcional, esse era o lugar onde as risadas soavam mais alto que qualquer rolo de filme.
EN- The perfect plot twist — the coffee break.
Except the Minions crashed the set, bringing their food truck, spreading bananas everywhere, and turning downtime into pure fun.
Between MDF, printed vinyl, and a functional rope line, this was where laughter rolled louder than any film reel.
